Just as we reported earlier, Solange did indeed marry longtime boyfriend Alan Ferguson this weekend. And based on the pictures and video that leaked, it was a night to remember. Solange and the rest of the Knowles/Ferguson clan broke the internet and they did so while fully clothed. Check out some of the amazing pictures and video from the day and night.

In case you felt like that jumpsuit was a little underwhelming please take a look at the back of it. Shut it down!  And look at the smile on her face. Looks like Alan makes her quite happy.

We love that Solange did her own thing with this wedding. I cannot recall a celebrity wearing a fro on her big day. This is how the rode in on bicycles spray painted white. Still don’t understand why she was in front of that Uhaul truck…maybe the street wasn’t blocked off.

But she didn’t wear the jumpsuit for her ceremony. Here’s the actual gown.

Bayyyybeee! This image is jaw dropping. And I spy with my little eye Janelle Monae.

And it wasn’t just the grown women who left a mark. Baby Blue and her afro were flourishing yesterday. We can’t help but think her fro was to honor her auntie.

And despite their drama in the past, Jay Z was at the wedding as well. Looking quite dapper.

Take a look at all of the fellas including little Juelz.

And after the show it’s the after party. There’s another outfit change and Solange hit the streets of New Orleans with her first main man Juelz. In typical New Orleans fashion, Solange had a Second Line band. You’ll see them later.

And since Solange and Jay are so good these days, the Second Line played his song “Encore” as the wedding party made their way down the street with sparklers.

Most of the time celebrity weddings are pretty nice and we’re done thinking about it the next day. But Solange’s wedding looks like one we would have liked to actually attend. Talk about FUN! Not only did it look like it was the place to be, it’s a nice reminder to all of us that weddings–and life in general shouldn’t be so stodgy. It should definitely feel like a celebration.
