Like a good job, it can be hard to find a good internship. But to get a jump start on landing a great position, you need to start early. In fact, many college students are looking for internships for next summer already.
Here’s something that may help you. Career website Vault has just released its ranking of the top internships for 2015. Vault came up with this list through data it gathered from more than 500 organizations that sponsor internships, as well as their interns. They asked the companies to provide descriptions of their programs and details on the number of interns hired, duration of the program, locations and departments in which interns are placed, and application requirements, reports Business Insider.
Additionally, Vault asked current and former interns for insight on and to rate their experiences.
The top 10 internships were (in order): Bates White Summer Consultant Program; Elliott Davis ENVISION; Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP’s Summer Internship; Bain & Company Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) and Summer Associate (SA) programs; Northwestern Mutual Internship; Plante Moran Internship Experiences; KPCB Fellows Program; Evercore Advisory Summer Analyst and Summer Associate Program; CapTech Summer Internship Program; and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation Summer Internship Program.
