“There’s Still So Much Mutual Respect, Admiration And Love There”: Jennifer Lopez Gushes Over Her Ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs

- By

Earlier this week, Sean “Diddy” Combs sat down with “Access Hollywood Live.” When asked what he thought about his ex, Jennifer Lopez, and her new music video for her song “Booty,” the 44-year-old mogul gushed about how awesome Lopez and her lady lumps are:

“Oh my God. I’m so lucky to have that great woman in my history. She is one of the greatest I’ve ever seen.”

As for her backside:

“I mean, it’s great. It’s a work of art. It’s something that will go down in history, for real it will…She’s a great friend of mine, always be a friend, I mean, that thing is just incredible…that thing right there is something special!”

Lopez had an interview with Access Hollywood later that day and was told about Diddy’s comments. In response, she said that despite the fact that they have been broken up since 2001, they still share a lot of love and admiration for one another.

“He’ll always be Puffy to me. We spent three years of our lives together. Almost every single day. As much as he roots for me and as proud as he is of me and of the time we had together, I am just as proud to see what he has done…I learned a lot from him, coming up, watching him. He had been in the business for a while. I was making my first record when I met Puffy. He gave me so many cues and taught me so many things, and I’ll always be grateful to him for that. And I love that he can be so supportive of me so many years later and there’s still so much mutual respect, admiration and love there.”

These two were such a fun couple to watch back in the day. And it’s clear they still have a lot of love for one another…it’s not too late to make it work, ya’ll!

Hey, just saying (sorry Cassie).
