Shocker: Iggy Azalea’s Team Now Saying Sex Tape May Be Real
Yesterday, we told you that the folks over at Vivid Entertainment are pretty confident that they have an Iggy Azalea sex tape in their possession. Although Iggy’s team initially denied that she was the woman in the tape and threatened to take legal action against Vivid, they’re now singing quite a different tune. According TMZ, Iggy’s legal reps are saying that the video may be real, but there’s a chance that it was filmed before she turned 18.
Her team went on to say that the video is more than likely being shopped around by a “spurned business suitor” aka Iggy’s ex-boyfriend, with the intention of damaging her career. They have also implied that he’s seeking revenge on her for whatever reason, which is odd, since sex tapes seem to actually boost people’s careers these days. Nevertheless, her legal reps were also sure to say that if there is actually a video, it was filmed “without her knowledge or consent.” Interestingly, Iggy also took to Twitter yesterday to deny ever appearing in a sex tape.
Clearly, there’s some funny business going on here. As previously reported, Vivid founder Steven Hirsch has already offered to negotiate what he believes can turn out to be a multi-million dollar with Iggy. He even expressed that he believes Iggy’s alleged tape would easily outsell Kim Kardashian’s. Our guess is that we’ll be hearing about a release date in 5…4…3…2…1.
