Another Security Breach: Russian Hacker Publishes 5M Gmail Passwords

According to Daily Dot, five million Gmail passwords and their usernames have been leaked on Btcec.com,  a Russian Bitcoin security forum. The publication also states some of the accounts have been suspended or users have since changed their passwords. The Bitcoin user, named Tvskit, who published the leaked information stated 60 percent of the accounts are actively current. Below is a photo of some of the  published information:

Daily Dot noted Google and Yandex representatives told Russia’s CNews their systems were not compromised although the information stolen was through years of phishing and hacking individuals.
