Why R&B Groups Can’t Win: Sisqo And Jagged Edge Member Kyle “Quick” Norman Get Into Fight Backstage At Concert
Dru Hill and Jagged Edge were taking part in KBLX’s “Hot Summer Night” concert at the Concord Pavilion in Northern California on Sunday, along with Babyface, Blackstreet, 112 and Next. Yes, it was a throwback concer, and it should have been fun and peaceful, but for some reason, these two men were caught on camera scrapping backstage. Kyle “Quick” Norman of JE was literally throwing Dru Hill lead singer around the room as folks just watched…and taped of course.
The men didn’t have a knock-down-drag-out type of scuffle though, as bodies were thrown around the room as opposed to punches. And according to the person who filmed the video and posted it on Instagram, they hashed things out after the fact and shook hands “like men”…
They could have been play fighting (which a source claims they were), but there was nothing really playful about this whole scene. Maybe it started off chill, but it looks like things went a tad bit left. And if you’ll recall, Sisqo and Norman did have some issues in the past. Norman said in a chat with The Breakfast Club that when Sisqo didn’t speak (as in say hello) as the group passed the singer when he was getting off an elevator some years ago, Norman loudly called him a “b***h.”
