“Melrose Place”

Legendary television producer Aaron Spelling struck it rich with “Beverly Hills 90210.” The teen drama followed a group of rich high school students and the many issues that teenagers face. Two years later, Spelling did it again but this time instead of using teenagers and a high school, he used adults and an apartment complex. “Melrose Place” was a spin-off from “Beverly Hills 90210” and it was just as juicy. The show helped make Heather Locklear a household name and lasted for seven seasons.
