If you’ve given birth, or you’re like me, and have gone through a major weight fluctuation throughout your life, then I’m sure you’ve encountered more stretch marks than you’ve ever wanted to see on your body. They appear on both women and men, some light, some dark, and can pop up on your robust backside, your hips, your thighs, chest, stomach and even your arms. Wherever they pop up, to many, they’re all physically unappealing.
So you have two kinds of options: You can learn to embrace the tiny imperfections that have made a home on your skin, or you can try and rid yourself of them. But if you’re looking to shed your skin of the nuisances, there are a few remedies to at least lighten them to depletion. Without surgery.
