The whole purpose of having someone sign a confidentiality agreement was to prevent embarrassing or personal details from emerging in the public. That was why Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman required all of their nannies sign one but that didn’t stop a former employee from talking. In 2006, celebrity nanny Suzanne Hansen revealed that the fair-skinned actress had little to do with raising her two adopted children with Tom, Conner and Isabella and after their divorce they stayed with their father.
