There’s fans and then there are FANS. While most people would be satisfied with taking a selfie with a celebrity and keeping it moving, these stars have fans that have proven they are crazy enough to ride or die for their favorite artist no matter what.

They say there are two things that are certain: death and taxes. But the third thing that should be added to the old adage is you do not mess with Beyonce for fear of the wrath of the Beyhive. And that means her daughter Blue Ivy, too. Karrueche Tran found that out when she made a recent appearance on BET’s “106 & Park” as a guest host. An updated change in the script included a crack on Blue Ivy’s hair and Chris Brown’s boo read the line from the teleprompter. Immediately the Beyhive swarmed in. Tran was dragged in the mud via social media and received numerous death threats even though she apologized and BET’s Stephen Hill released a statement absolving her of any blame.

Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj emerged on the scene back in 2009 but as she became more popular, her look became more outrageous and her fans loved her even more for it. The Young Money rapper had fans all over the world embrace the inner Barbie and the Barbz have had her back ever since. There’s been no shortage of Nicki Minaj beefs and her fans have gone on the offensive with everyone from Lil Kim to Mariah Carey. When Minaj and Carey both released music videos on the same day, the Barbz attacked the legendary diva for having the audacity to try to outshine Minaj.

Pop diva Rihanna lives her life for her and she couldn’t care less about what the next person, or the media, thinks about her. But one thing she does care deeply about is her fans and they love her even more for it. Referred to as the Rihanna Navy, Karrueche Tran has admitted that it’s been a very rough road being with Chris Brown at times because she was not only fighting against his former flame Rihanna, but she was battling her millions of fans, too. The Navy was all too happy to jump in and defend the “Pour It Up” singer when she was caught up in that love triangle with Brown and Tran.

Chris Brown

Following his assault on former girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown showed some repentance, but his fans were far less empathetic. Team Breezy rides hard for the “Don’t Judge Me” singer regardless of what he does and Frank Ocean certainly found that out. The two R&B singers infamously fought at an L.A. studio last year but their beef extends further back. A few years ago, Brown tried to compliment newcomer Frank Ocean but it wasn’t well received and the two went back and forth with each other on twitter. Team Breezy got involved and one fan even went as far as to threaten the “Thinkin Bout You” singer in person while he was driving down a street. Brown went on twitter to officially dead the beef and call Team Breezy off.

K. Michelle

She may be slightly ratchet but there’s something about the realness that comes across from K. Michelle that makes her very relatable. Her fans have stuck up for the “Can’t Raise A Man” singer especially when she’s publicly feuding with another singer or celeb on twitter. It’s no secret that K. Michelle and Tamar Braxton could care less about each other and won’t be singing together in the near future. The two have fired shots off at each other and K. Michelle’s fans have readily joined in the fracas on numerous occasions and have made fun of the youngest Braxton on everything from her career to her edges.

Lil Kim

There was a time when Lil Kim was the hottest female rapper around. Back in the late 90’s and the early 2000’s, the “No Time” rapper earned her moniker Queen Bee and showed why she was the reigning queen. But since then there have been other rappers out that have taken the crown. R&B singer K. Michelle enjoyed Nicki Minaj’s 2014 MTV VMA performance so much that she called her the queen of rap on twitter. Immediately, Lil Kim’s fans took up for the Brooklyn native and responded by putting her in her place. Not one to back down, K. Michelle stood her ground and defended her right to have her own opinion.

Tamar Braxton

The “Braxton Family Values” helped introduce youngest sister Tamar to the world and it was the perfect platform to launch her solo singing career. Since the show debuted, Tamar has released several albums, toured the country and earned a Grammy nomination along the way. But as her career took off, her sisterhood suffered and viewers of the family’s reality show have watched Tamar feud with sisters Traci and Towanda. But her fans have been quick to come to her defense. The Tamartians have insulted and threatened Towanda and her two children but Tamar defended them against her sister, which caused even more strife between the two.

When Ke$ha first emerged on the music scene, her wild, party girl lifestyle coupled with her carefree attitude won a lot of people over. So it was a bit surprising when the “We R Who We R” singer checked into a rehab facility for an eating disorder earlier this year. Word on the street was people around Ke$ha were in her ear telling her she needed to lose some weight and producer Dr. Luke even allegedly said she looked like a refrigerator. Ke$ha’s fans, dubbed Animals, went on the attack after finding out that their favorite singer was in rehab. The popular producer was on the receiving end of death threats and it was serious enough for the LAPD to get involved and investigate.

Tyler, the Creator

Tyler, the Creator is the leader of the Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All and the collective fully embraces being different. Tyler, the Creator’s lyrics are filled with extreme violence and misogyny, which makes him even more popular. This past March, the “Goblin” rapper was set to perform at Austin at the popular SXSW festival but his first show was cancelled after a hit and run driver barreled his way through a closed street killing several people. The next night, Tyler took to the stage with a packed house of fans screaming for him with many more waiting outside. He encouraged his fans to push through the barricades, which they were all too happy to do and it caused a major fire hazard inside the building. The young rapper was arrested the following day at the airport for inciting a riot.

Lady Gaga

When Lady Gaga came along, she tapped into an audience that lived on the outskirts of what’s acceptable for today’s society because she made the freaks, geeks and everything in between believe that it was okay to be different. So her little Monsters go hard for the “Born This Way” singer. Rocker Adam Levine probably thought he was being clever when he called Gaga’s music recycled art and Mother Monster’s fans immediately pounced on him and the Maroon 5 frontman received an onslaught of nasty tweets that trashed him and his own music.

Lil B

Most people may have never heard of rapper Lil B before but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a group of die-hard fans. Dubbed the “Based God,” the California native jumped onto the twitter bandwagon early on and used the social media platform to create a legion of fans. Just one look through his social media pages and the devotion of his fans is obvious, especially the young females of all races. They routinely post photos of themselves with their love for Lil B plastered on their body whether it be tattoos or words drawn in ink.

Justin Bieber

Ever since he released his syrupy sweet debut single “Baby” back in 2008, Justin Bieber has amassed a huge mob of adorning, screaming fans, mostly female teens and tweens. And when he got older and fell in love for the first time with Selena Gomez, a lot of his fans were heartbroken that their crush was no longer single. So every time Gomez and Bieber broke up, the former Disney star was called everything in the book by the millions of Beliebers who believed she had broken Bieber’s heart.
