Even if you are the one who lied, cheated, or did him wrong, apologize and seek forgiveness–but do not beg. Begging on any level is not attractive and will only push the person further away. And you really shouldn’t be out here begging to get him back if he left you for reasons you don’t understand. This is the ultimate no-no. Not only does it decrease your value, but it rarely works.
