Some people’s talent makes them stars in their own right and then some “celebrities” only become famous because of who they’re romantically linked to.
Amber Rose started out as a stripper working at the infamous Sue’s Rendezvous when she began her romance with Kanye West. Originally cast to play his leading lady in one of his music videos, soon the bald-headed blonde bombshell was the leading lady in his life. Putting her stripper days behind her, Rose set out to establish herself as a model and infamously posed naked next to her boyfriend in a print campaign for a line of sneakers. After her relationship with the Chicago rapper fizzled out, Rose managed to stay relevant and in the public eye. Soon she was dating another rapper, this time Wiz Khalifa. Early last year she gave birth to the Pittsburgh rapper’s son and they tied the knot last summer.
Chris Brown and Rihanna were R&B’s it couple until photos of the bloodied singer surfaced and the public found out Brown had pummeled his girlfriend in a car on the way to a Grammy event. After the couple broke up, Brown found solace with his new love, Karrueche Tran. Over the past couple years, he’s bounced back and forth between Tran and the “We Found Love” singer but during that same time his legal trouble soon caught up with him. Both Rihanna and Tran visited Brown while he was in rehab but after he was carted off to jail, Tran was the one who stayed by his side. But it looks like her loyalty meant nothing to Brown because the word on the street is the couple has called it quits once again.
Kim Kardashian is probably one of the biggest and most recognizable stars on the planet and we have Ray J to thank for that. Way before she gained notoriety for dating NFL star Reggie Bush or Kanye West, Ray J and Kardashian were an item. After a sex tape the couple made was released to the public, Kardashian’s mom Kris Jenner managed to spin the story and essentially launch her daughter’s career as the biggest reality show star ever.

Her popularity shot up so much she was brought in to spice up the “Basketball Wives L.A.” cast and has remained on the show ever since. Most recently, Draya was dating Dallas Cowboys player Orlando Scandrick but that relationship has since gone south.
While some rappers talk about falling in love with a stripper in their songs, it really happened to Tyga. What started out as another trip to the strip club, turned into love for the Cali rapper. He met Blac Chyna while at the infamous King of Diamonds in Miami. He recruited the big-bootied stripper to be in his “Rack City” video and they have been together ever since. Blac Chyna gave birth to their son almost two years ago and since then she’s been hanging out in L.A. and has become Kim Kardashian’s part-time workout buddy. But it looks like their relationship has come to an end. Tyga reportedly recently ended things with his baby mama.

Sean “Diddy” Combs may have a knack for making women famous. Before he finally settled down with Cassie, he was involved in an on-again, off-again relationship with Kim Porter. Together for almost a decade, Combs famously left his second baby mama to date Jennifer Lopez. He found his was back to Porter but after she found out Combs had fathered a child with another woman while she was pregnant with their twin girls, she was done for good.
