Why She Inspires Us: Teresa is a teacher, seasoned investor, and entrepreneur, who buys, sells, and manages millions of dollars in property, and teaches others how to do the same through her Real Estate Investors Association of NYC (REIA NYC) and Women Investors Strategic & Social Exchange (WISE) programs, both which she founded.

Known as, “The Wealth Building Maven” due to her ability to teach others how to create wealth in order to have an extraordinary life, Teresa hails from Long Beach, NY, and currently resides in Brooklyn. She was honored June 20 by the Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund, Inc., of the Gamma Iota Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., with their prestigious PHI Award for her significant service and contributions to the Brooklyn community and New York community at large as a financial advisor, attorney, and real estate community advocate.
