RHOA Reunion Part Two Recap
Was this scene depressing or what? Of all the Housewives’ franchises, Atlanta is the only one that dedicated a segment to single motherhood. Leave it to Nene for “that’s that Black parenting” reference in regards to her heartfelt conversation with her son Bryce. She threw stones at Kim accusing her of trying to be her kids’ friends. Kim of course responded to the shots fired saying she is her children’s parent and friend. I have to give it to Kim, she holds her own in these petty arguments with Nene. The waterworks were in full effect when Kandi was asked about her daughter Riley’s relationship with her father. As a loving parent Kandi really wants her daughter to have a relationship with her dad. Kandi also said her ex’s lack of involvement in Riley’s life is why she shared a bond with Kim. Sheree didn’t disappoint conjuring up the tears about ex-husband Bob Whitfield not having a relationship with their children. Sheree didn’t even know this man had left Atlanta and was now living in LA. This scene broke my heart for the sake of their children. Speaking of motherhood, word on the street is that Nene may be a grandmother. Nene just seems to be going through it. I’m hoping she can get her happy back and bring back season one Nene we grew to love.
