Kevin McCall Denied Visitation Of Daughter, Marley, Following Domestic Violence Allegations

- By

Earlier this month we told you that new mom Eva Marcille filed a restraining order against boyfriend, Kevin McCall. According to the filed report, Kevin went on a violent rampage, chasing Eva around their home, threatening to punch her and attempting to snatch their infant daughter, Marley, out of her arms. Eva alleged that Kevin stormed around the house “violently kicking down” four doors in their home.

Just days after the filing, Eva shared a photo of herself, Marley and Kevin, giving the impression that all was well and the trio were one big happy family again. But according to TMZ, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Apparently, Eva has recently acquired full custody of baby Marley and Kevin has also been denied visitation—temporarily.

The estranged couple is scheduled to appear in court next month to sort out visitation and custodial rights for the future.

“It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself,” said the model’s spokesperson.

Kevin has yet to comment on this recent development.
