What was your first job out of college?
Dowdell: Scheduler for Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr.

What lesson or skill did you learn at that job that still impacts how you work today?
Dowdell: I learned the power and value of cultivating and maintaining relationships, which has helped me to grow my business and better serve clients. The majority of my clients come from referrals, which are the direct result of the network that I have built. Additionally, I leverage my contacts to connect my clients with key decision-makers in the industries where they are seeking to generate business.
