Trying to make everyone else happy instead of yourself is one way you are giving away your power. Self-doubt is another. Women sometimes push their power aside, being sidetracked by the responsibilities of family, by being intimidated in the workplace, or giving into the stresses of daily life. But you can reclaim your power.
Read affirmations daily, meditate, have alone time to concentrate only on your thoughts. Then stand up for yourself, your opinions, your beliefs. This conviction embraces your power. You have it… Use it!
