Fade To Black: She’s Utah’s First Black TV Anchor
Last October, Nadia Crow, 27, became the first African American to be chosen as news anchor at a Salt Lake City–or Utah, for that matter–television station. “She became the first regular African-American anchor at Utah’s KTVX-Channel 4 and in the state, according to the Salt Lake Tribune. While making history, she’s also fulfilling a dream. Crow, who grew up in Chicago, has also worked in Indiana and Iowa,” reports The Root.
