Black Firsts: History Is Still Being Made

We may be well into the the 2000s, but we’re still seeing many black firsts pop up in the news. Blacks continue to make history in the United States as barriers fall and achievement milestones are reached.  But the firsts also point out that while we think many strides have been made, there is still a ways to go.
