UPDATE: According to TMZ, a judge has ordered Chris Brown to stay in jail until April 23 because of his “inability to stay out of trouble.” According to the site:

The L.A. judge will hold a probation violation hearing on April 23, and if Chris is convicted in D.C. he’s in big trouble.  Worst case scenario … he could be sentenced to 4 years in prison for violating probation in the Rihanna case.  One of the conditions — obey all laws.

Dang, Chris…

We told you on Friday that Chris Brown found himself back in trouble as he was kicked out of the rehab facility he had been in for more than three months and thrown in jail for probation violation (he was ordered back to rehab after completing 90 days to continue treatment until mid-April, so getting kicked out was a violation). Well, according to TMZ, he had to hit the road because of three things: inappropriate contact with women in the rehab facility, refusing a mandated drug test, and some ugly comments made during a recent group session.

Because of Brown’s past and the violent episode he had with Rihanna in 2009, the Malibu rehab facility he was staying in for all this time required of him that he stay at least two feet away from the women staying in the facility. However, TMZ says that not only did he violate this rule by touching hands and elbows (whatever that means) with a woman there, but they say a source claims he actually had a sexual encounter with a woman at the facility in the beginning of March (that would explain a lot in the timing of this whole split from Karrueche Tran).

On top of that, when Brown returned to the facility last week after leaving for an authorized event, he refused to submit to a random drug test he was asked to take upon return. However, it seems that Brown was more irritated at having to take the test rather than trying to hide anything, because when he finally took the drug test soon after his initial refusal, the results were negative. Unfortunately, refusal in general is against the policy of the facility.

Lastly, Brown allegedly made some ugly statements during a group session which TMZ says their source claimed “made a mockery of rehab.”

He’s reportedly being held in jail without bond. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, will appear in court today on his behalf to get him out of jail and figure out the next step for Brown until he has to appear in court again for that fight in D.C. late last year.

After it came out that Brown would have to stay in rehab, it was clear he wasn’t too happy with that according to what he posted on social media: “Never really goes the way u plan. #LIFE” However, we never expected that he would find himself in all this big of trouble for breaking the rules.
