Kierra Sheard Joins The Cast Of ‘Sunday Best’

March 4, 2014  |

Now that she’s gotten her feet wet in the world of reality TV with her family’s reality show, gospel recording artist Kierra Sheard is taking things a step further. According to Always A-List, the 26-year-old beauty has signed on to appear as a judge for musically competitive TV show, “Sunday Best.”

“I’m so excited about being a new judge for ‘Sunday Best,’” she gushed. “I hope to inspire and confirm the dream with my love and feedback for so many aspiring new artists!”

The gospel music heiress with more than 6 years of industry experience under her belt, will be accompanying gospel music greats such as Donnie McClurkin, Kim Burrell, Yolanda Adams and Kirk Franklin. Apparently filming for the new season has already begun, as it’s reported that the “Indescribable” singer made her debut on the show this past weekend in Houston, Texas.

Her addition makes perfect business sense, as  Kierra and her family are already pretty familiar with BET Networks. Last year their reality show “The Sheards” made its network debut. It is also slated to return for season two this fall.

Do you think Kierra will make a good addition to the “Sunday Best” panel? Are you a fan of the show?
