Indiana Pacer Paul George Responds To Claims He Offered Stripper $1 Million To Abort His Child

February 7, 2014  |

Before our site crashed (lol), we tried to tell you about Indiana Pacer all-star and shooting guard/small forward Paul George allegedly attempting to pay a former sexual partner to abort his child:

According to Baller Alert, the 23-year-old athlete has been carrying on a relationship with an exotic dancer and model by the name of Daniela. The two have reportedly been seeing each other as early as summer 2013 and she is now alleged to be pregnant with Paul’s child. In addition to the obvious, the other problem with all of this is that Paul is in a relationship with Los Angeles Clippers coach Doc Rivers’ daughter, Callie Rivers. According to reports, when Callie learned of Daniela’s pregnancy, Paul offered to pay the woman a pretty penny to have the pregnancy terminated.

According to TMZ, Daniela found out she was pregnant in November and informed George. And since the public found out about all this, they’ve been giving George the side-eye (one similar to the one they gave Ludacris and Dwyane Wade). But he issued a statement to TMZ Sports, along with his reps, to address the situation. He doesn’t deny that he was messing around with her while in a relationship:

“If and when there is legal confirmation that I am the father, I will fully embrace my responsibilities. This is a personal matter that is still being sorted out, so I hope you can respect my privacy.”

As for the claims that $1 million was being exchanged between George and Daniela to be rid of his unborn child, his representatives said it’s rubbish:

“There is no truth to the rumors that Paul offered money for [Daniela] not to have the child.”

TMZ claims that things are reportedly “amicable” between Daniela and George and they would like to keep things that way despite everything that’s going on, but I’m sure the same can’t be said for Callie Rivers and George right now…
