Laugh Out Loud
Go to a comedy club, do something silly with friends. Anything that will make you laugh out loud. According to the Mayo Clinic, laughter is good for your health (boosting the immune system, increasing blood circulation and relieving pain) and your mood. “A rollicking laugh fires up and then cools down your stress response and increases your heart rate and blood pressure. The result? A good, relaxed feeling,” says the Mayo Clinic.
