Tune Into Yourself
Pay attention to negative feelings. When are you feeling them? What causes them? Also be on the lookout for physical signs. If you are stressed you might suffer from: headaches, tight shoulders, a stiff neck and even upset stomach. Figure out what is triggering these reactions. “Carry a journal so you can write down what you observe: What happened? How did you feel? Why? Then look them over. Think through what could be a more constructive approach to each situation,” suggests Idealist Careers.
