If there is a workplace issue where the whole team is involved, the supervisor should address all members of the team, not just one. Addressing one single team member could come off as harsh criticism. If you feel like you are being singled out and getting all the blame for a team issue, speak up. This shows that although you are a team player, so you’re not solely responsible for the blunder. This also shows that the whole team can benefit from the criticism if addressed altogether.
