Damn, Damn, Damn! Young Jeezy Arrested For False Imprisonment, Battery and Making Terroristic Threats Against His Son
Let me just start this post by saying that I’ve always known that Young Jeezy is one man whose bad side I’d never want to be on.
According to TMZ, Jeezy was arrested in Atlanta after a very ugly physical altercation with his son. According to court documents, the Sept. 2012 incident occurred in a bathroom and escalated when he threw his son into a glass shower door, causing him to hit his head. The documents also accuse Jeezy of punching his son in the face, dragging him into the bedroom and pummeling him. His son reportedly attempted to escape the assault, however, Jeezy’s bodyguards were allegedly blocking the stairwell. To make matters worse, it is also being reported that Jeezy choked his son and threatened to take his life.
“I will kill you,” he allegedly said. “I will put a bullet in your head right now. If I could get away with it, I would kill you.”
The 36-year-old rapper turned himself in to authorities on Friday after a grand jury warrant was issued for his arrest. He has been charged with battery, false imprisonment and making terroristic threats. Jeezy was later released on $45,000 bond. His attorney maintains that the issue will be resolved soon.
“We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately. At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family’s privacy.”
What a mess!
