I’ll be the first to admit that doing the usual hour-long walk on the treadmill every day can be a drag, and when your workout becomes a bore, it can definitely be discouraging. Who wants to workout when it’s no fun? That’s why it’s crucial to spice up your routines every now and again so that you stay interested. Like to dance? Try Zumba or a hot Hip-Hop dance class. Love sports? Go shoot a few hoops or round up some friends for a game of soccer or volleyball. Go swimming. Try pole dancing. Even go online and research some new cardio/weight training moves that you can try out at the gym. Whatever activities you decide to indulge in, just make sure you pick something lively so you won’t dread getting your workout on.
