In this fast-paced on-the-go society, it seems like everyone’s favorite excuse as to why they can’t get in shape is, “I don’t have time.” I get it. People are out here working multiple jobs, going to school, and if you’re a single mom or a wife with kids, I know it’s no joke trying to take care of the babies and holding down the household. However, don’t let those things keep you from staying in good health—you need to take care of yourself, especially if you do have children.
So if you really are packing a full to-do list, make sure you analyze your weekly routine so you can pencil in some workout time. Whether it’s a half hour jog around the park, gym time or a few workout videos on your YouTube playlist at home, schedule a workout agenda every week (and you can set reminders on your phone) so that you can burn some fat when you’re not hitting the books or picking up the kiddies.
