However, don’t let those things keep you from staying in good health—you need to take care of yourself, especially if you do have children.

So if you really are packing a full to-do list, make sure you analyze your weekly routine so you can pencil in some workout time. Whether it’s a half hour jog around the park, gym time or a few workout videos on your YouTube playlist at home, schedule a workout agenda every week (and you can set reminders on your phone) so that you can burn some fat when you’re not hitting the books or picking up the kiddies.
