Learn to let things go

You will never get to your place of zen if you are still holding on to past issues. Even if you got burned, try to learn to let things go. It doesn’t mean you should forget what happened but rather focus on what’s ahead by moving on. Holding on to hurt and pain will keep you in a box and sap you of your happiness.
