You should always sleep together

If you’re sleeping most nights of the week separately, your relationship might take a hit. But you know what else will hurt your relationship: getting no sleep because your partner snores, or kicks, or gets up to pee 8 times a night. It’s okay to sleep in the guest room or on the couch sometimes if it means you won’t be grouchy all week.
