Regina Hall looks freaking amazing. While out promoting her new movie, Best Man Holiday, the 42-year-old beauty stopped by Late Night with Conan O’Brien, where she hilariously discussed why kegel exercises aren’t just for women. If you’re wondering how on earth Conan got Regina to discuss kegeling, the conversation began when he complimented the Think Like A Man actress on her impressive physique.
“You know, I was doing yoga, but I don’t now because I hurt my back. So now I teeter,” Regina said.
Conan then revealed that he, too, suffers from lower back problems, which is when Regina suggested that he try kegeling.
“Your lower back? That’s where my problem is so I started doing pilates. Here’s the trick, in yoga it’s called mula bandha, and what it is, is when you exercise or do anything, you should be kegeling.”
Of course, the fellas on the set expressed beliefs that kegeling is a vadge exercise.
“No, it’s not for your vag*na. There’s a little muscle—you know what? I’m lying, it is for your vag*na, but it has other things that it does. Women do it, but you should be doing it for your back,” Regina hilariously informed Conan.
She went on to say that aside from benefiting the lower back and the vag*na, kegel exercises also assist with erectile dysfunction.
“It’s for erectile dysfunction as well, so you all can all do it.”
Regina then hilariously instructed Conan on how to kegel.
