Decide what needs to be changed
Take a look at your work life over the past few months and try to pinpoint obvious (or subtle) workaholic habits. What are some things you do that contribute to way too much time working and not enough in other important areas of your life? Something needs to give before you lose a piece of you that’s not worth sacrificing. Hopefully once you find these habits you can start to find solutions that will give you more of a balance.
