Tami Roman has been quite vocal about her unhappiness with the direction that VH1 reality show Basketball Wives has taken. Just last week the mom of two publicly expressed her disapproval of the way that her cast members and the BBW production crew have been dragging her name and image through the mud to drum up ratings. Now she’s apologizing to her daughter, Lyric, for ever subjecting her to reality TV in the first place.
It all began after Lyric was slammed by fans via social media outlets for the appearance of her hair during this week’s episode. Lyric eventually responded via her Twitter page.

Lyric went on to reveal that if it were up to her, she’d never appear on the show.
“You guys watch and tear apart everything you see. That’s one of the things I hate about being in the public eye & filming for reality TV,” she tweeted.
“If it were up to me, I’d never tape for BBW. I’m not picture perfect. I have flaws like everyone else. I don’t look like a model everyday,” she continued.
Tami took heed to her daughter’s plea and apologized via Instagram for exposing her to reality TV altogether.
