Keep the room dark and cool

How the heck can you expect to get the proper sleep if your room has too many lights? Talk about distraction! Do your best to make sure your bedroom suite is dark and cool when it’s time for your evening rest. You can achieve this by changing the settings of your phone and/or alarm clock so there is no neon glare throughout the night.

While you sleep, your body temperature slowly starts to go down. Even though you’re cooling off, being in a toasty room can ultimately disrupt your sleep. Therefore it is important that you try to keep your room as cool as possible – without freezing your tushy off.
