Stay hydrated

Failure to drink the appropriate amount of water each day can leave you feeling dehydrated when it’s time to rest your eyes. This has not only been known to throw people of their sleep game but can even raise sleep levels. Though you shouldn’t drink too much before bed (don’t want your bladder so full you have to pee every 30 minutes), it’s a good idea to make sure you drink plenty of water.
