Robin Thicke Responds To Infamous Butt-Grab Photo
It’s been a few weeks since a very telling photo of married “Blurred Lines” singer Robin Thicke gripping up on the behind of a blonde woman hit the web. Things got even crazier when the woman in the photo began speaking out, claiming that Robin tried to jump her bones the night the photo was taken, even though his wife Paula was only a few feet away.
“I went to the bathroom, and when I came out he was standing there. He turned off the lights so no one could see us, and he started making out with me. He was grabbing me. He was like, ‘I want to get you into bed!’” said the woman who was identified as Lana Scolaro.
Well, Robin is finally speaking out about the controversial photo and strangely, he’s not saying much.
“My only comment about the so-called scandalous photo would be that my wife and I are perfectly in love and very happily married,” Robin told Star Magazine.
He adds that he and Paula have “the greatest love of the century, and the most functional, dysfunctional marriage in Hollywood.” Well, if Lana’s claims are true, which could be possible considering Robin’s vague response, then we definitely have no arguments there. Robin also discussed his VMA performance with Miley Cyrus and what Paula thought of it all.
“I didn’t feel anything sexual. I thought it was silly and funny. She was being humorous and naughty, but it wasn’t sexually charged at all. That’s who she is and that’s how she likes to dance. She was just being herself. I was just being myself.”
“She [Paula] loved it. I think it looks different on-screen than it does when you’re in the arena. It was really just a circus and she thought it was great.”
