Pass Or Play? K. Michelle Rebels Against Insecurity In New Single “I Don’t Like Me”
It’s not often that the queen of hilarious one-liners, K. Michelle, gets introspective, but that’s precisely the route she’s going with her new single “I Don’t Like Me.”
The song off of the “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” star’s upcoming album, “Rebellious Soul,” relays the self-esteem struggles women have when they sleep with men prematurely and the tendencies we all have to compare ourselves to other women and become envious of their beauty rather than embrace our own.
To put out such a thoughtful song, one can only assume K. Michelle is sharing her own emotions and feelings she’s experienced either past or present, which likely would surprise most since the outspoken reality star always appears to be quite comfortable in her own skin on TV. Just goes to show you can’t judge a book by its cover.
