In other words, an employer doesn’t care that you’re following your passion if your passion doesn’t benefit their bottom line. If it’s on your own time, you can keep it to yourself. If you find yourself unable to focus or having trouble moving from one job or career to another, consider a coach (or a book, hint hint from Brady).
