DNA Proves Ariel Castro Fathered 6-Year-Old Child Of Amanda Berry
As more shocking details regarding the Cleveland abductions rise to the surface, many are prompted to stop and wonder how suspect Ariel Castro could be so ruthless and cold-hearted. Earlier this week we reported on stories of multiple miscarriages, unmerciful beatings and rape, all of which the missing women recovered from Castro’s home are said to have endured. Now we know, through DNA testing, that Castro is the father of the 6-year-old born in captivity to Amanda Berry.
The report issued by USA Today which adds Ohio police say that Castro has shown no signs of remorse for the heinous acts allegedly committed against Amanda Berry, Michelle Knight and Gina DeJesus. Sources say Castro told police that he’s “addicted to sex” and that he “couldn’t control his impulses.” In addition to confessing, Castro is said to have told police every detail about the abductions, from the circumstances surrounding how he initially came across each victim to what they were wearing. Sources have also expressed that it doesn’t appear that any of the kidnappings were premeditated or planned and that they call come off as “crimes of opportunity.”
Ariel is reported to have admitted to chaining the women in his basement once he got them to his Cleveland, Ohio home and placing locks on the outside of his home’s doors once he allowed the women upstairs. While reflecting on his crimes, Castro told police that he was “coldblooded.” The source also revealed that Castro was very “cocky” during the interview.
“Castro wanted to control the interrogation like he controlled the three women in his house,” the insider told USA Today.
“Castro knew he would get caught eventually,” the source continued before revealing that a suicide note written by Castro said that he wanted his possessions to go to his victims in the event that he got caught.
He also reportedly told interrogators that the authorities “had the chance to bust him, but they missed it.”
