5. Work Out Before You Pig Out

If you know you’re going to be eating a large meal for dinner, work out before you eat so that you crank up your metabolism to help burn those calories off faster. Try working out as close to meal time as possible, at least two hours prior. Chances are, you won’t want to undo all the hard work you’ve done by eating everything in sight.
