4. Eat Frequent but Small Meals
If there is simply no way that you’re going to avoid eating what you want during the holidays, eat what you want in small portions. Also, try eating frequently throughout the day rather than eating huge plates of food in one sitting. Eat every two hours, and make sure serving sizes are no bigger than the palm of your hand. This way, you can indulge and keep your metabolism going at the same time – keeping you from over-eating and feeling satisfied longer.
