10. Avoid Stress
Stress can cause you to overeat, so make time to relax and revive yourself. Don’t let the stress of holiday shopping and family gatherings get the best of you. The holidays should be a time for celebrating family and spreading joy, not headaches. If you find that certain people or situations stress you out during the holidays, causing you to want to eat your stress away, then avoid those triggers altogether and take a much needed vacation instead.
