As Donell Jones would say, “Girl, you know what’s up!” It’s time to go through some of the most interesting looks from our favorite ladies this week, and decide whether or not these women have styles we want for ourselves, or if they need to stop it and go back to the drawing board. Let us begin!

Amber Rose move over! Evelyn Lozada is trying to steal your bodycon crown this year. For last week’s Essence Music Fest in the NO, the reality personality showed up and showed out in this pacific blue, chartreuse and gray long sleeved dress. She paired it with light green snakeskin pumps, a sandy brown clutch, and don’t forget about that wedding ring! For Essence Fest, I think this outfit is fun, flirty, and appropriate. And though I’m not a huge fan of the Ms. Thang, I think her ensemble and hair look good. Steal.

Somebody was trying to get chose at the Espys! Supermodel Chanel Iman showed up on the red carpet in this lace curve-hugging dress that dips in the back, and has a revealing split that showed off her gams. She kept it simple with gorgeous diamond earrings, a diamond bracelet and ring, a soft updo and some strappy, sparkling Louboutins. To be honest with you, I’m not feeling this dress. Something about it comes off a tad bit cheap looking. Her figure looks awesome in the dress, but the dress itself…zzzzzzzzzzzzz. Stop.

Our first lady stepped out in another colorful ensemble during a campaign stop this week for her hubby. She paired this Chris Benz printed green and blue dress with a gold-tone belt and mint green shoes (I’m thinking they’re kitten heels). Per the usual, her hair was whipped and her arms were killing the game. For a fun summer look, I’m loving this outfit. The skinny belt is refreshing and the colors complement her skin. Steal! I know you didn’t think I was really going to diss the FLOTUS did you?

Another sassy sister, Serena Williams attended the Wimbledon Winners Ball in London looking just as golden as her trophy. She paired this gold dress with its sheer overlay with a small eclectic black and yellow clutch, some black patent leather pumps, and some unique jewelry. Digging the curly hair and the muscles (she’s flexing in that dress, son!). The sleeves could be a tad bit longer, but I think she definitely looks nice. However, as a friend of mine says, because she’s a thicker sister, she should be careful with the sateen and satin pieces because they tend to be unflattering when the lights hit. But I’ll give her a pass this time. Steal.

As co-host of the screening of the movie Trishna in NYC, designer Rachel Roy got all decked out in her spiffiest looks for the event. She wore this off-white shirt/cape with a red interior, as well as black pants, and off-white pumps. She accessorized to the nines with a bracelet-meets-ring doohicky on her hand, a watch with multiple black bands and a fancy black, red and gold clutch. May we add that the lipstick she chose was too cute!? That mixed with the slicked down hair makes her whole look sleek, and I have to say steal. I know we can be hard on the designer, but props are due for this interesting outfit.

Lisa Bonet, is that you? Psych! It’s just her daughter Zoe showing up for a screening of “Fela!” in NYC wearing a sheer ensemble that fits her unconventional style. She wore this black dress that was completely see-through, and wore high-waisted underwear and a bustier underneath it. She wore black ankle boots and accessorized with a cute orange beaded necklace and beaded bracelets. I think her outfit is okay for her brand of style, and not a bad idea for summer, but it has been done many times, yet and still, it doesn’t really work for me. Stop.

Miss Universe 2011, Leila Lopes, made two very fashionable entrances this week. For her first look she attended the screening of the film Trishna in NYC wearing an emerald colored gown with pleats in the front, a high slit up the leg, strappy heels and some big bold bangles. She went for soft curls and a big smile (awwwww). Being a massive fan of all things green, I think this look is a nice one, a little safe, and a little too formal for the event (seeing how Rachel Roy was dressed), but gorgeous nonetheless. Steal.

She also popped up at an after party post a screening for “Fela!” rocking this gold and black long sleeve dress with another pair of very strappy heels and small studded earrings. I would have loved more accessories to make the dress look a little less on the cheap side, but I’m not mad at her. The Angolan beauty’s skin and ensemble was shining bright, and she looks very cute for a Broadway show and after party. Digging it. Steal.

When it’s all said and done, I’m actually loving Rachel Roy’s look the most (shocking, right!?), but that’s just me. All of these ladies look fabulous (some in their own way). Which looks are your faves and who needs to have a seat?
