Just a day after we found out Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall are leaving “The Game,” word is “106 & Park” hosts Rocsi and Terrence J are the next duo to get the boot.
I don’t know when was the last time I watched “106” and I never really got into Rocsi and Terrence but they did have a successful seven-year run after winning the network’s New Faces Contest in 2005. According to AllHip-Hop.com, there are only three months left on each hosts’ contract so when that runs out so will their time on BET. The network reportedly wants to take the channel in a new direction by reinventing and changing its current programs and bringing new shows into the mix, which we’ve heard a little bit about already.
I don’t think people will be nearly as sad to see Rocsi and Terrence go as they were when Free and AJ left but BET is taking a bit of a gamble getting rid of all the main faces of its network. Hopefully they know what they’re doing. Meanwhile we’re sure we can catch Terrence J in more movies, and Rocsi will reportedly be kicking off her acting career too with a big move to LA.
What do you think about Rocsi and Terrence J leaving? Is it a good move?
