Extensions- If you have a full weave, you’re pretty much good to go. All of your hair is protected. You do however want to keep your hair off of your back so put it into a loose ponytail. If you have some of your hair out, you should either wrap your hair or put it in a bun or ponytail. You may want to try the Gymwrap also to protect your hair on the edges.
