Panic Relief

Panic Relief is designed for those in the throes of a panic attack or who feel an impending panic attack. Designed by a Danish psychiatrist, the app provides short animations that walk one through the phases of a panic attack and aims to help one better understand what is going on in the body during that time, as well as tools to fight off symptoms of panic.
