Breaking old habits that hold us back from our goals is always difficult, but can be particularly difficult during a pandemic when external motivators are nearly non-existent. This app was developed in the Economic Behavioral lab at Duke University, and educates users on how to create healthier habits surrounding sleep, motivation, productivity, and stress management.
