Life Skills COVID-19 Has Forced Us To Learn
We all had improvements to make on our cooking skills before the pandemic. My husband didn’t know how to make rice. I didn’t know how to make my own pesto sauce. We’re all learning. I was so afraid of some rather simple kitchen tasks before, and now that I know how to do them – like making pesto sauce is so easy – spending a bunch of money to have someone else make these things for me feels silly. I will, however, still dine out when restaurants reopen because sometimes you just want that ambiance.
