Talking to friends daily

I’ve been chatting with friends daily, just to stay sane. It doesn’t have to be a whole thing where we schedule a 45-minute call. If we have five minutes, we call. It’s okay if the other is cutting her nails or breastfeeding her child or cooking while we talk. It just helps emotional health so much to touch base with a friend every day.
