More walks

I stop work several times a day to go for a walk. If I didn’t, I’d never get out of the house right now. But I’ve found how powerful a short walk is in lifting my spirits, re-energizing me, helping me come up with ideas, and driving away brain fog. So I’d like to keep doing it, even after quarantine.
